This is CRM70 high-speed rotary three-lane machine for filling and sealing K Cup. Speed is up to 210 cups per min.
It is the latest design as fully mechanized driven which is no cylinder; we use the mechanical way of cams and rods to make the operation of each station smoother, more precise stable.
There is a big advantage that this machine can be very easy to replace Nespresso or other formats, no more adjustments and tests are required, very friendly design, you don’t need to hire a professional team to handle it.
Nitrogen injection has been upgraded to CR90 cup filler. Compared with other machines, this machine includes a nitrogen environment in every step, and strengthens the special nitrogen flushing before emptying the cup to sealing, ensuring the freshness and aroma of the coffee.
Remotely connected internet online dial-in so the engineer can monitor the status of the machine in actual running. We also provide a portable controller to the operator, so the operator just controls the machine to stop and run at any time with this controller. Instead of necessary to stand beside of machine.

Standard stations

Vertical loader as demister for empty cups: It is applying servo system control rotated head made of 304 stainless steel to drop empty cups. When the four heads spin once at the same time, one row of cups will be loaded onto the mold plate. And there is a suction cup below the plate tray when the cup is loaded, the suction cup is going up to receive and hold it into the tray. And the suction cup speed couldn’t change due to this being mechanized by a cam and rod to drive. Cups are detected by the SICK sensor.
The UV lamp: It is used for sterilization to keep the cup clean and safe before dosing the coffee.
Auger Filler and Anti-Static device: It adopts servo motor control and auger dose. The Servo motor controls the speed of spin of the auger and self-adjustment after feedback to ensure accuracy. The high-precision processing of the auger ensures the stability and accuracy of the filling. The anti-Static device prevents splash of coffee filled due to static electricity between coffee granules and keeps the environment clean.
Rim Clean and remove dust before heat seal.
Foil lid Placement: There is a suction cup up and down to grab the lid and place the lid on the cup. The foil detector will give PLC a signal that the lid stacker tube is going to empty.

Heat Seal: Heat sealer head made of beryllium copper, the sealing effect will be better, and the service life will be longer. We design this station can be easy to move out to clean with a brush.
The suction cup takes out a finished cup and lets them one by one stand on the conveyor belt face-down. In this way, the center of gravity of the cup is lower and it couldn’t fall, which is good for adding a cartooning machine or an individual check weigher in the future.

Optional Functions:

Screw Lifter Conveyor as auto ground coffee reloader.
Online Flavor Liquid Pumping System to dose liquid/syrup to cup after coffee is filled usually.
Stand-alone Check Weigher to pass good capsules (within a weight range that the operator gives a set) and refuse bad capsules (less or over setting) to the trash bin of the machine.
