This is CRM70 high-speed rotary 4-lane machine for filling and sealing espresso capsules, especially fit in Europe. Speed is up to 240 cups per min.

It is the latest design as mechanized driven which is less cylinder assisted; we use the mechanical way of cams and rods to make the operation of each station durable, more stable.

This machine aims at less consumption in packing material because of unique and innovative roll stock system, less tech required because of the mechanical driven and auto fit different speeds without changing the setting/parameters.

Nitrogen injection has been upgraded to CRM70-4 model. Compared with other machines, this machine includes a nitrogen environment in every step and strengthens the special nitrogen flushing before emptying the cup to sealing, ensuring the freshness and aroma of the coffee.

The CRM70-4 is configured with a complete sequence of fully automated stations, designed for precise dosing, hygienic sealing, and consistent output quality:

Cup Denester – Servo-driven and precious gears for smooth cup loading; extended nesting height for larger volume cup stacks.
Auger Filler – Siemens servo motor-driven auger for high accuracy; quick disassembly for cleaning; integrated Keyence sensor for material level detection.
Tamper & Rim Cleaning – Ensures even coffee distribution and removes excess grounds from the capsule rim for a secure seal.( this station is hook up to industrial vacuum cleaner for strong cleaning)
Film Punch & Roll Feeding – Servo-controlled traction with modular cutting head for easy replacement and maintenance.
Heat Sealing – Servo-controlled sealing head with automatic pressure balance system for consistent and secure seals.
Turntable Cleaning – Integrated vacuum system for mold cleaning, ensuring hygienic production.
Capsule Discharge – Becker vacuum-assisted pick-and-place for stable capsule output onto conveyor.

Each module is designed for fast access, easy cleaning, and minimal downtime.

Optional Functions:

1.Screw Lifter Conveyor with big bucket as auto ground coffee refiller.
2.Online Flavor Liquid Pumping System to dose liquid/syrup to cup after coffee is filled usually.
