- Cup Denester – Servo-driven and precious gears for smooth cup loading; extended nesting height for larger volume cup stacks.
- Auger Filler – Siemens servo motor-driven auger for high accuracy; quick disassembly for cleaning; integrated Keyence sensor for material level detection.
- Tamper & Rim Cleaning – Ensures even coffee distribution and removes excess grounds from the capsule rim for a secure seal.( this station is hook up to industrial vacuum cleaner for strong cleaning)
- Film Punch & Roll Feeding – Servo-controlled traction with modular cutting head for easy replacement and maintenance.
- Heat Sealing – Servo-controlled sealing head with automatic pressure balance system for consistent and secure seals.
- Turntable Cleaning – Integrated vacuum system for mold cleaning, ensuring hygienic production.
