There are many possible causes for this problem, such as uneven coffee powder density, incorrect auger settings, poor grinder grinding, clumping of coffee powder in the hopper, or wear and tear on the filling components.
So how do we deal with this? Several aspects need to be monitored regularly.

The most common cause is overfilling, but it could also be due to static electricity or powder splattering during the filling process.

7. Coffee Dust Around the Machine
This is not merely a cleaning issue; it can severely impact machine filling accuracy, sensor performance, and other aspects. Therefore, the following arrangements are essential:
- 01. Install effective dust removal devices in suitable locations.
- 02. Clean sensors regularly.
- 03. Perform routine cleaning after production.
- 04. Regularly inspect moving parts for dust accumulation.
8. Inconsistent Capsule Appearance
Often, produced capsules exhibit unsatisfactory conditions, such as scratches, dented flanges, uneven sealing, or misaligned caps. There are many possible causes, including capsule defects or worn tools. To ensure customers receive perfect capsules, pay attention to the following:
- 01. Minimize unnecessary capsule contact.
- 02. Regularly replace worn guide rails.
- 03. Adjust the transmission mechanism as needed.
- 04. Check capsule quality before filling.
